Tears of joy and happiness, passionate and sensual, are pulled by this blend from the most intimate to transform them into pleasure and hypnotism. The cinnamon of the soul combines them with sweetness and delirium in this original "assemblage". It is a greenish-yellow colored wine of good intensity with golden reflections of great luminosity. With elegant fresh and floral aromas provided by the varietals associated with the wood from its aging in oak. On the palate it presents itself with a very good body, great unctuousness but at the same time fresh and floral. It is a wine of great finesse and subtle elegance.
Walter Bressia is one of the protagonists of the transformation of the wine industry at the end of the last century. Son of a cooper and grandson of a Sicilian winemaker dedicated to clearing and leveling land. Bodega Bressia has an angel for its logo and defines its project as family wines. His wife, his four children, his son-in-law and his sister are part of the enterprise that Walter founded in 2003 in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo. He says: “It is a simple winery, which allows customers and tourists to be received in the most familiar way possible.
"70% of this wine is chardonnay from the Gualtallary area and 30% is semillon from the Los Arboles area, from an old vineyard, also in the Uco Valley. Aged in oak for eight months, this wine has a very clear the imprint of a semillon cut late, which offers notes of honey and that oily texture contrasting with the more mineral and stone side of the chardonnay from the heights of Gualtallary. This is a classic white, full of tension and freshness, but at the same time with the firm structure of a wine to evolve over time."
