Project of the tourism entrepreneur Eduardo Soler, this young winery has one of the most original proposals in Mendoza. It focuses on rare varieties in Argentina, such as the Mediterranean Garnacha and Monastrell.
In its elaboration, it bets on acidity, little extraction, weak color, early harvests and, sometimes, by the carbonic maceration technique (in which the grape ferments in its berry). The result is that, within the style of wines of freshness and tension, its reds are among the most radical. His interest in this type of wine was born on a trip to Spain in 2010, where he was captivated by the Grenache from the Gredos area, near Madrid.
