Wine from the Maipo Valley with vineyards over 20 years old. Robert Parker finds greater maturity than in Cabernets from previous years, with hints of red fruits and aromatic Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is medium bodied with delicate tannins.
Selected for its privileged location in the northeast of the upper Maipo Valley, Block El Recurso is located in the Fundo of the same name. Before a riverbed, its soil of alluvial origin of medium depth and fertility, has a frank texture with abundant presence of rounded stones that contributes to wines of great color, marked intensity and aromatic typicity. Due to its Mediterranean climate with mild temperatures and dry summers, it is an area of high potential for the Cabernet Sauvignon variety.
