A pinot rosé that follows the path of gentle and juicy fruits, with a certain sweetness that gives it a friendlier and easier to understand character. The flavors are fruity in a rosé that would be a very good companion to shrimp in sweet and sour sauce.
In the glass you can see a pale pink color, on the nose the wine expresses itself with delicate notes of very fresh red fruit and flowers. In the mouth it is expressed with a fresh acidity that supports memories of herbs and freshly harvested berries.
"This is already the third harvest of this pinot noir from the Los Arboles area, clusters harvested early in the season designed for a rosé that today shows a pale color, but many aromas and flavors of acidic fruits in the middle of a body with a lot of energy. A perfect rosé to open in summer by the pool or to accompany sautéed oysters." Patricio Tapia - Descorchados Guide
