Bright lemon yellow color, citrus aromas with hints of grass, fennel and flint, saline in the mouth and with a crisp acidity.
With only 200 bottles in circulation, many will think that Zaha Fumé Blanc is a treasure just because it is not easy to find. But it is for many, many more reasons.
It is 100% sauvignon blanc, starting from the cold maceration of the grapes with their skins and continues with a fermentation in which we carefully monitor that the temperature never exceeds 20 degrees. This guarantees a unique aromatic profile that is then sustained and enriched by contact with the lees.
Thus, whoever achieves it will have on their hands a riot of citrus notes with hints of grass, fennel and flint, and an almost crisp acidity. A unique opportunity to awaken, in the middle of winter, the memory and desire of early spring.
