Malbec is the emblematic variety of Argentina and we try to make this wine a fresh interpretation of this. For this, the harvest begins at the beginning of March until the first week of April, from the traditional Luján de Cuyo to the heights of the Uco Valley, passing through clay soils to calcareous stones, we seek the freshness and purity of a vibrant Malbec. We vinify destemmed clusters and a whole percentage, without the addition of any foreign element, and at temperatures between 24º and 26ºC for several weeks. The aging continues in small concrete vessels and part in used French oak barrels until the next harvest.
"Blackberries with some plum and dry tobacco on the nose, following through to a full body with firm, chewy tannins and a savory finish. Still a bit tight now, but will look even more beautiful with a bit of bottle age. Try it later." of 2021." James Suckling
