"From the area of Los Chacayes, about a thousand one hundred meters high in the heart of the Uco Valley, it is a vineyard planted about six years ago on the riverbed of what was once the Arroyo Grande. The wine it is aged in barrels for a year and the result is a pinot noir with earthy notes, few fresh red fruits that should be in a young wine, but here they have been replaced by saline tones. The texture is firm, dense, of great depth and the finish is herbal."
