Real winemakers get their hands dirty. Wine-stained hands. That's what it's about. Manos Negras, roll up your sleeves, get involved, get your hands dirty, make wine.
"Intense on the nose, with aromas of black cherries and hints of chocolate and leaves. Medium-bodied, round and silky in texture. It has a delicious core of black fruit and excellent balance. Smooth and fun. Drink now." James Suckling
From 35-year-old vineyards in Altamira, this malbec is spicy and smooth, with lots of fruit. It has firm tannins that make it a candidate for roasting, with claws for meat, and also acidity to freshen food.
Malbec, indisputably the emblematic varietal of Argentina. The high desert of Altamira, in the south of the Uco Valley, provides ideal conditions for this varietal, which was only a minor vintage grape in its native France, to show its full potential like nowhere else in the world. Sunny days bring a black color with dark fruit flavors. The cold nights are the andes, delicate aromas of violets, as well as a soft and velvety texture.
