Salentein Single Vineyard Late Harvest is a naturally sweet wine made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes (late harvest), from a single vineyard which, together with the development of botrytis, result in a wine of great complexity and aromatic expression.
At sight, it presents a golden, limpid and brilliant color. On the nose, it displays complex aromas reminiscent of peach, quince and tangerine peel with subtle notes of anise and lime blossom. On the palate it is a broad and unctuous wine with notes of apricot, apple, honey and vanilla, given by its aging in French oak barrels. It presents a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, as well as a long and elegant finish.
