SUSANA BALBO SIGNATURE BRIOSO 2019 received 95 points by renowned international critic James Suckling.
From the production of classic varietals to revolutionary proposals, the Signature line is where Susana Balbo challenges the limits of wine. Susana's secret is to give the wines their special touch to enhance the character of the grape and at the same time highlight the typicity of the terroir.
For the production of high-end wines, Susana chooses, among other techniques, to carry out fermentation in concrete eggs, pearl-shaped pressure fermentation barrels, roll fermentors, vats, clayvers and terracotta amphorae to obtain greater diversity in her wines. The experimentation area in the winery is called “La Capilla”, a micro-vinification room dedicated to innovation and the production of the best wines in the winery.

Brioso means "a fervent love of challenge" and expresses my passionate spirit to create a wine of the highest quality. Refined and elegant, this color cut is the result of the combination of my oenological skills and knowledge and the uniqueness of Agrelo, one of the best terroirs in Argentina.
