"This new vintage of White Blend is 42% semillon, 33% sauvignon blanc and 25% torrontés. And as usual in this wine, the mountain torrontés dominates here, with its floral and herbal notes, much more nervous and fibrous than the heavier and more mature Salta, his birthplace.In relation to last year, the proportion of semillon has increased to increase the sensation of creaminess in the mouth.It is a juicy white, with rich acidity and dominated by tones herbs. Its freshness and balanced acidity enhance the fresh aromas of white flowers and green apples, followed by a smooth palate with well-balanced citrus characteristics. Its finish is energetic and mineral. It is a very aromatic wine with floral and citrus notes that are combined with hints of fresh grass, white fruit and orange. On the palate, floral, fresh and fruity flavors combine perfectly with the unctuousness of a successful aging in barrels. Its finish is mineral and persistent. Great aging potential.
