Taittinger Brut Réserve is made from 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier, from more than 35 different vineyards and from various vintages that achieved the perfect degree of maturation. This subtle blend offers an airy, elegant and balanced champagne.
The layer is bright, golden straw yellow. The bubbles are fine. The foam is discreet and persistent. The nose, very expressive and open, is both fruity and brioche. It gives off aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The entry in the mouth is lively, fresh, harmonious. They express themselves
then delicately flavors of fruit and honey. Brut Reserva, which acquires its full maturity over the course of three to four years of aging in the cellar, has a developed aromatic potential.

The Taittinger domain covers 288 hectares, stretching between the Côte des Blancs, the Marne Valley and the Reims Mountain. This vineyard is 37% Chardonnay, 48% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier planted and spread over 37 different vineyards rated among the best in the “Champagne” appellation of origin. These treasures are given the utmost care, with a culture that respects tradition and the demands of sustainable development, from the harvest to the second pressing or on the way between the place of collection and the place of pressing.
