Score: 91 Descorchados (2019 vintage)
This is 90% malbec and 10% petit verdot, a blend full of ripe fruit. Malbec is the one that offers the fruits, the softness, the herbal notes, the succulence of a ripe grape without exaggeration. The petit verdot provides the tannins, the acidity and the tension, and also a certain rustic side that supports and contrasts with the sweetness of the fruit. A wine to drink now with sausages. It is macerated for twenty days on the pomace and aged in first, second and third use French oak barrels for 10 months.
