Innovation is one of the fundamental values of Santa Julia and working with non-traditional varieties is one of its main aspects.
“Textual Innovation Extreme reflects the family's passion for the constant search for Innovation. It is a collection of non-traditional varieties from Argentina but with a great history in its country of origin.” Rubén Ruffo, oenology manager at Bodega Santa Julia.
