Project of the tourist entrepreneur Eduardo Soler, this young winery has one of the most original proposals in Mendoza. It focuses on varieties that are rare in Argentina, such as the Mediterranean Garnacha and Monastrell. And in its production, it is committed to acidity, little extraction, weak color, early harvests and, on occasions, the carbonic maceration technique (in which the grape ferments in its berry). The result is that, within the style of wines of freshness and tension, his reds are among the most radical. His interest in this type of wine was born on a trip to Spain in 2010, where he was captivated by the Garnachas from the Gredos area, near Madrid.
