Best Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina by Wine Spectator
These are wines from the Toko estate, located in La Consulta, Valle de Uco.
Zaha, which means “heart” in the language of the Huarpes, natives of Mendoza, refers to what the winery seeks to express: the heart and soul of a privileged terroir of Paraje Altamira.
Aromas of blackberries, undergrowth, black cherries and licorice. Full-bodied and very well structured, with juicy tannins, bright acidity and a concentrated finish. Drink in 2022.
"Fresh, rich fruit with tarry notes, juicy black cherries, roasted spices, and hints of figs and fresh herbs. Generous on the palate, yet well preserved by a fresh, fine tannin structure. Drink now or wait." James Suckling
