Polígonos is a selection of varietals that are shown faithfully, according to the town they come from. The Town gives its name to the vineyards. There is a rich and deep expression of the place, through its geography, climate, social, historical and economic aspects.
La Carrera is located at the western end of Tupungato, in one of the highest places in the Uco Valley, just north of El Peral. That cold zone seems ideal for sauvignon blanc and here you can feel that cold in the herbal notes, in an intense and firm acidity, almost sharp. This is the first time that a Sauvignon Blanc has been included in this line, an experiment to see the potential of La Carrera with this variety in particular and with whites in general.
